state of ca. over 6 months ago the d.a.'s office got a search warrant and seized my girlfriend' s computer, laptop, camera, ext......... their explaination was that it involved my child support.is there a government code that states we can sue for punitive damages if no charges have been filled, against me or my girlfriend. what court order can i file to get her things back.
