What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia

I have a friend who asked me to ask this question. She is teminally ill, with a few months left. She is married with 2 young adult children from a previous marriage, her husband has 1 from a previous marriage. All 3 children range in age from 19 - 21. Is there anything she can do to make sure her 2 children get ownership of her half of their very meager estate?

Thanks

Yes. It is called a will.

A will, and making sure assets are titled in the correct way that will pass under her directives in the will. See an attorney.
