What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TN
I was put on pretrial diversion. Can I get off by joining the military (MArines)

Probably not. The courts are under no obligation to accept it.
Further, the Marines will not take you if you are currently subject to probation.

Absolutely not. The military will not touch you until 30 to 90 days after you finish the program depending on the branch.
