I was terminated from my job in the beginning of december. I filed for unemployment THAT day. About 1 week later I got mail from unemployment saying how much I would make but it said $0, the reason being because my job did not put in my earnings for november and december which made it look like i did not make enough money and also making it look like I only worked for 4 months. So luckily I kept all of my paystubs and sent copies to unemployment. I have been filing a new claim every week and got in touch with someone yesterday from unemployment and he said they were waiting on my earnings from the job. What if they do not send the correct amount of earnings or the right amount of time I worked? What are my next steps? and will I be able to take them to court? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

4th quarter is not included. For a claim filed in January 2009, the base period would be October 2007 through September 2008.
