i have been made redundent in the second wave of redundencies 19employees in each wave.all employees have been scored on skills, time keeping etc.the problem i have is in the first wave i had 70 pts and survived the cut.in the three months between i lost 7 pts due to a day off and a warning which should have put me on 63.my manager is saying im on 59 pts which puts me in the 19 to go.ive argued my case but my manager says i was never on 70 pts in the first place,what my manager doesnt know is that i have both meetings recorded.what im after is any adviced on the best wat to approch my manager with this.:confused:
