I live in Massachusetts. Last year I started a new job in a factory. I had problems with endometriosis for years. I needed to have a hysterectomy for it. My doctor gave a note to be out of work for an unspecified amount of time. I got fired. My employers said it was because I wasn't there long enough to be eligible for FMLA. Was that legal?
