What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? maryland
I worked with developmentally disabled adults. The individual I worked with was put on a behavior plan by the behavior specialist. I was in charge of implementing the plan. He earned rewards for good behavior. His home care company was paying for it unitl about 7 months ago. I started having to fund this out of my own pocket, otherwise I would have been written up for not following the plan. I was very active and vocal about getting my money for this because I didn't feel that it should have come out of my pocket. Once I became to vocal the found a reason to fire me. please advise. If any one is familiar with DDA and their regulations.
