I was arrested in Florida for a felony and I bonded out, it has been 43 days and the DA has not file charges, what is the DA time limit to file charges or I will be free?

I'm going to guess that he has at least one year to file on a misdemeanor.

You might consider consulting an attorney ... just in case.

Since he's revised it to say felony, the answer is at least four years, possibly longer depending on what the crime was.
