What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Pennsylvania

I had an unemployment hearing today, in which the employer did not show? I was told by someone that this means the appeal they requested is denied and I will get unemployment but cannot seem to find any info to back this up. Also, at the hearing told I was told that the employer tried to drop the appeal (but they have an outside company that handles these things) and were told they couldn't? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
