What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY
What would I need to do to cover myself legally if I wanted to watch an elderly woman in her own home. More like elder babysitting? What insurance would I need and do I need any special liscences etc. Should I set up a business or can I just declare taxes at the end of the year? Or should I just walk away!
Thanks for any advice.
