What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MD

1. Is it true: Maryland law does not allow you to "couple" your documents. Husband and wife will each need a Revocable Trust, but they will both serve as Trustees for each other's Trust. If the answer for the 1 question is "yes", does it means that I need to pay for 2 Living trusts instead of one for our family?
2. A-B trust, Living trust and Revocable trust - are they different names for the same thing? If not, are all of them require 1/per person, not 1/per family in MD?
3. General Durable Power of Attorney. If I trust this person and inform him of my wishes, may I avoid paying for Advance Medical Directive?
