Gender Discrimation

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

Hi. I recently received a response from my former employer to the lawsuit that I filed for gender discrimation. The reason they included me in the last Reduction In Force was because they anticipated that I would have eventually left the place because they felt I was unhappy. Is this a good argument from them?

Your employer doesn't have to make a "good" argument, only a legal one.

Why do you feel you were discriminated against due to your sex?

And how many other people were laid off at the same time you were?
