legal issues with executor of estate

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Mississippi
we are a family of 7 children. The oldest is the executor of our fathers estate,
but I just found out that she has withheld around 80000.00 from the rest of us.
What can we do about her and what she has done?

Was probate opened in the chancery court? If so, then your recourse is to challenge her actions there.

Is probate ongoing now or is it finished? Where did the money come from--in an account with her name as beneficiary on it or joint co-owner, which means it is now hers or is it an asset that belongs to the estate? You do not have enough information to go on. Get a probate attorney to help you figure everything out.
