What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wisconsin
I have recently completed my 18 month DPA and am not sure how to get this off my record. I was told if I took this agreement and completed all the terms of the agreement, it would be like it never happened, would be erased completely. How long does this take and how can I expediate the process. Do I need to contact a lawyer or the DA?
