What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

Instead of laying off (as many) people, the company that I work for will have forced, unpaid vacations (furloughs) of one week a month for salaried employees. Am I eligible for unemployment even though these weeks are not consecutive. How many weeks of unemployment can you receive in California, anyway?

Yes, you can file and my educated guess is that you will prevail, especially for the full weeks.

I think it's 26 weeks without extensions.
