What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?New York
If there is a bench warrant issued in New York state and I apply for a job in a different state will that show up on a background check?

Most likely, it can depend on who's doing the background check and how long the warrant has been in the system.

However, a background check that didn't discover this warrant, wouldn't be much of a background check now would it?
