Ok, I asked a question yesterday and no one had any answers.....Let me be more specific and see if anyone has any input.

I live in SC. My covenant not to compete, states that I cannot work in the state of SC or a 50 mile radius for a period of 12 months in the medical feild period!

Please read about non-competes in the employment section of FreeAdvice.com. They have to be reasonable, at least in terms of scope and time, and serve some legitimate purpose. If you were a hospital cook, prohibiting you from working as an ambulance driver would be absurd. If you sold a medical practice for $1 million, that's a different story.
