What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kansas-My former Employer did not pay 3RD quarter taxes therfore I'm ineligible for unemployment benefits, due after lay off ocurred 4wks ago. Unable to "talk to any person" following my claim and denial letter. Any suggestions

Follow the instructions for appealing. If you have pay stubs, that will help. Are you saying they didn't report your wages at all, or reported them and just didn't pay the required taxes? I've never known of the latter situation resulting in denial of benefits.
