Pennslyvania Criminal Record

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

I was charged with 3 counts of possession of marijunana in 2004. I am wondering if those charges are on my criminal record if I served 3 months in county jail and successfully completed a year and half of probation. I am asking because I am currently taking a real estate course in Florida and must hand in an application stating if I have any previous criminal records. Can anyone help me out with my question

If you served time, that means you were found guilty of something - and that something is certainly on your record.
