Assuming the will has been probated, go to the county office where the person died, and pay nominal charge to get a copy of the probate file.
 
If you are a beneficiary of the estate that the will was made for, you should have already been notified of its contents and provided a copy by the executor.

If you are not a beneficiary, then you can do what the above post suggested.
