ADA question
I applied (and was hired) for a major metropolitan school district in the Aging Industrial Northeast Major City in June 1999.
On the application were two questions that now trouble me, given that ADA act.
Are you now, or have you ever been treated for a psychiatric disorder?
Are you now, or have you ever been, on medication for a psychiatric disorder?
I don't intend to sue, protest, or anything--just like to broaden my knowledge from all you posters!
