What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York(bronx area)
Okay here we go. i work for a truck leasing company and we own alot of truck in which we sometimes park on the in which is a commercail zoned area and there are no sighns stated that there is a 3 hr parking limite. Now when i went to court the judge stated is doesnt matter that we are in a comm. zone nor that there were no sighs. I took pics and everything. She didnt even wasnt to see them. Now my questipon is, Is what the judge stated is true, that it doesnt matter if were in a comm zone and there were no signs. Also, if you look at the code it states a comm vech can park there if there is no sign. Thanks.
