What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

My ex husband has been charged with two counts aggravated assault (one and F1 and one and F2) and one count each simple assault and harrassment, all against an on duty fireman at an active scene.

I can understand one felony count "going away".. but what might make both counts go away, if anything?

In my unknowledgeable opinion, the prosecution has a strong case, the whole fire department as witnesses. He has my 11 year old son as a witness (another story), and his version of the story changes daily. It is, however, his first arrest.

Just looking for opinions.
