Malicious Privacy Invasion - Home, Office, Computers, Phones, Vehicle

I have had numerous clear indications of a general invasion of my privacy,
that continues to this day. It appears that some people who have access
to all of the tools of law enforcement, have put me under a full scale,
24/7 surveillance, the likes of which would be in line with tracking
terrorists.

It's likely that they never intended to use surveillance evidence in
court, thus the lack of a warrant did not restrain them from taking
these actions. They likely just wanted to use the comprehensive knowledge
gained, of my life, my business, my tendencies, etc. to disrupt my
business and personal life, as well as defame me. It also would give
them every possible advantage in potential attempts to stage a set-up,
or entrapment, that would not require any of the (apparently illegal)
surveillance evidence to prove.

I cooperated fully for about a year. Now, 2 years into this, I have a
strong inclination to believe that, in fact, it is being done without a
warrant or any legal basis.

There is clear context to this: I think the local cops came to mistakenly
believe that I was the cause of the firing of the wife of a cop who is
disabled due to injuries sustained in the line of duty. She was the
principal at my local public school.

Early on, I was able to make it clear to them that I did not have any
role in the wife's firing. They first "communicated" with me via cryptic
e-mails, and later via other various electronic means that kept their
identity concealed.

The sympathy they hold for the wife explains the motive, and the extreme
level of blind misjudgement that they used, to get them into a situation
that they apparently can't find a way out of. It may well be that, due
to numerous people becoming accessories, through the spreading of illegal
products of surveillance via e-mail and/or other electronic and computer
means, that a large number of people have technically commited serious
crimes.

Police, School, Courthouse employees. Imagine half of the government
employees in a whole county going down all at once.

I need relief from this extraordinarily onerous position I am in.

So far, they won't, or believe they can't budge. They will not pull out.
Fear of retaliation? No doubt they would outraged if this were done to
any of them!

I have sought help from many law enforcement agencies, Local, State and
Federal. They have, of course, have done absolutely nothing to investigate,
being as they apparently are either involved, or are
protecting the culprits.

I have written a detailed chronology of events, which I can provide, as
well as names and contact information of the various law enforcement
people that are "working" on the case.

I suggest you purchase some tin foil and form it in to the shape of a hat. If you drive, I suggest that you line all exterior parts of your car with the same tin foils.

Specific legal question would be: "What legal remedies are possible to force these folks to cease and desist?" AND "Are there any law firms out there that would like to take a case with potentially huge damage awards"

Am I missing something here? Isn't it totally illegal to invade a person's home, computer, office, vehicle? Take full access of their computer. Plant spy cameras and listening devices in their home, office, vehicle. Place a GPS tracking unit in their vehicle....? This is a partial list.

Do you know the names of the people or have evidence you can present to court that these actions/people exist?

What is the dollar amount of your damages?

What you need to do is piss them off. Reformat the pc. Once you do that buy a router and password protect. Use upper and lower case letters with lots of numbers added to it. Then password protect the pc with a different password. Then take a small piece of scotch tape and put it on the door and case. If it is torn you will know they have snuck in and took hard drive out to put their software on it. If that happens, repeat what I just posted. The feds hate that crap and you will giggle with delight!

Okay ... long and short of it is, they could not afford to do what you are accusing all of these people of doing. The cost of this kind of two year long 24/7 surveillance would be astronomical, and would require a rather large conspiracy ... and the odds of something remaining so secret in a local investigation after TWO YEARS when more than one person knows about it is pretty small.

Plus, these "cryptic" messages you got indicating they were on to you ... let me guess, none of them specifically said they were investigating you, right? You read the message between the lines?

I know you won't believe this, but you are not worth the expense or the legal liability ... just to get back at you for supposedly having a hand in firing someone's wife?!? Sorry, it just wouldn't happen. Even John Gotti did not have that kind of surveillance - electronic or otherwise! And the local cops don't HAVE the FBI's resources.

I would strongly recommend you speak to a therapist.

I mean - if there's nothing going on, and never was. Last time I spoke to her it was quite friendly. Heck, she was my kids' Grade school principal.

Why is she hiding? Why won't Det. Ward even ask her? He's never even come back with "I asked her if she talk to you willingly, informally, but she refuses."

They won't even ask her. Kojack is rolling in his grave.

Cost? once you install the couple thousand bucks of electronic gear, it's
really pretty cheap. Paid deputies taking shifts - probably some of that.
Most might be unpaid - the wife and a few friends who desperately need to find something new to amuse themselves.

Maybe because you sound a tad ... paranoid? I doubt I'd let my wife talk to you, either!

You have NO idea of how it works ... if only it were that simple. Oh, and the gear that would be required for such a thing is well beyond "a couple thousand bucks". I know, I price that kind of stuff for my department. It's very expensive, takes a great deal of time to set up, and requires court orders that often have to be updated every 30 days. Even if it was a rogue operation, this would require a significant amount of resources and manpower and SOMEONE would notice or speak out about the waste or corruption. It's inane to think that such a conspiracy involving what would have to include at least a dozen people (likely far more) could be kept quiet.

What you describe would consume a lot of man hours over two years, and I mean A LOT! And, it would consume resources that even most large, well-equipped agencies do not have.

I know that you will no believe me and you will believe what you will. I am sorry you live with these thoughts and this belief of persecution. Hence, the reason I suggested therapy.

But, since you DO believe it, then have fun with it. Put on entertaining shows at home, wave at the cameras and the people following you, buy them lunch ... be amused. If you are not doing anything wrong, just be satisfied in the thought that while you are enjoying a pleasant evening at home, someone is sitting around monitoring your activity.

You don't. You are saying it's unlikely. Yes, of course, that's part of why they get away with it. Thinkers of limited capacity will say "AWWW NO WAY!" Any one with basic intelligence will say, "Gee, why won't these cops investigate?" and conclude, "Maybe it's because, in this case, the cops are the criminals."

You ought to see these local cops hemming and hawwing when I simply ask for help. Babbling nonsense. Mannix is puking.

Therapy? I'd get some therapy for the wife and her friends who are apparently desperately trying to find some sort of satisfaction that continues to elude them. If you think therapy comment is a really clever insult - better go back to school, pal.
