What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ

I lived in nc 10yrs ago, a woman filed false charges on me for communicating threats amd simple assault, and damaging property. I just found all of this out by applying for a job and the place of employment doing a background check on me. The charges are completely untrue and her story is completely false. In fact she came to my home and attacked me while I was in my first trimester of pregnancy. She threw me onto the hood of her car and thats when the windshld broke. Thats the damage of property charge. Can I take this to trial because there has been a warrant issued for me but im not guilty and i can prove it.
