my ex-wife got a temp. restraining order when she filed for divorce. There is absolutely no proof to back up her charges, but the magistrate put it through anyway. now that the divorce is over, it has turned into a permanent order. I have moved 180 miles away and rarely see her except for visitation exchanges. I have three questions:

1. How permanent is permanent?

2. Do I have to fight this in court to make it go away?

3. Do I want this hanging around on my record or is it no big deal as long as I don't violate it?

I'm concerned this may effect future employment, etc. I live in Colorado.
