What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

What is the current amount of payment or percentage paid to an Executor of a Will in Pennsylvania

PA probate code only states:
§ 3537. Compensation.
The court shall allow such compensation to the personal representative as shall in the circumstances be reasonable and just, and may calculate such compensation on a graduated percentage.
The PA Supreme Court has stated that 3% would be considered "prima facie fair and reasonable." However, the amount of compensation remains within the Orphans' Court's discretion. For a small estate, say with a value of less than $100K, 4% or 5% might be considered reasonable. Over $1 million, 2% might be considered reasonable.

You can ask the clerks at the Orphans' Court whether they use some informal guidelines regarding reasonability.

The answer can be more practical, however. Often, if the executor is a family member or close friend of the family, reasonable costs closely mirror actual expenses.
