Trying to understand language in a revocable trust document set up my parents

What exactly does this statement mean? Each beneficiary or Trustee hereunder, by accepting benefits received under any Trust created hereunder, shall be deemed to have agreed to indemnify and hold all individual Trustees harmless from claims or liability for matters arising by reason of actions or failures to act by such trustee except as to this rise to liability as hereinabove stated.
