4 beneficiaries in a will, did the lawyer make a mistake having one "per capita", as opposed to the others "per stirpes', my sister just called and wants to know? N.Y.

You might get some responses by spelling out what you mean by "one 'per capita', as opposed to the others 'per stirpes'".
