I was arrested for possession of 14 grams of methamphetamine (California H&S 11377(a) - a felony. There was also about $10 worth of pot mixed in. I was also charged for Driving on a Suspended License (Misdemeanor).

Is this amount of meth considered alot for sentencing purposes?

Can the D.A. charge me for the pot, increasing the indictment counts against me or will the pot and meth fall into the same count.

Is it possible that I will be denied Drug Diversion because of the Misdemeanour - Driving on a Suspended License charge?
