What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IN
The company i work for removed from my postion as Account manager(POST Commander for security company) for a client that i am contracted too, because i was unable to get to work due too bad weather and a Declaration of a State of Emergency in the county i live in and two counties i have to drive through to get to the client in Louisville KY. Is this an unlawfull removal from my postion and do i have a right to keep my same rate of pay if it is unlawful considering i was not fired from the company.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
