i worked in pennsylvania. the company i worked for closed 12/99 . i had money taken out of my check which was supposed to be invested into a 401k plan that was administered by another company. to date(as of 3/3/01)the money has not been sent to them by my former employer.the company did not go bankrupt
what can i do?
