I have about 50 or 60 songs written and I am in the process of recording several of them with a studio. Afterwards I will be sending them to record labels. I know that I need them copyrighted so that they do not get stolen. It is my understanding that I need 2 copyrights...one for performing it, and one for recording it. How do I go about doing this? What is the cost? And do I need the 2 of them? I really need suggestions.
