artist non-compete clause - additional
in regards to the non-compete for the tattoo artist - i read that for a non-compete to be enforceable, there has to be compensation paid. is that true? thank you so much for your help. i'm really in a bind. my boss has mood swings with yelling and throwing items around the shop.
