What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

My Grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimer's 3 years ago. He originally relied on my Aunt for daily care. The problem that occured was my Uncle moved into his house, refuses to allow any one to care for him, and is slowly liquidating all of my Grandfathers assetts. He's taken his classic cars and his home and is most likely syphoning money from his checking accounts.
My Grandfather is in need of real care and the theft is killing me. Is there any legal action I could take to stop this?

Petition for conservatorship over grandpa.
