Ok here is the deal, we live in a new development with an HOA managed by a company chosen by the Developer. Currently they do not enforce any of the CC&R's. The CC&R says after 80 percent sell rate, that the HOA will be turned over to the homeowners. Currently we have been past the 80% percent mark for almost 7 months. We still have not had a change over meeting. I can not get the Mangment company to do anything about enforcement. Any idea'sWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

**A: band together with the other homeowners and hire an attorney to enforce the CC&R's.
