What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Illinois
How would the verbage be in a Condo declaration read to show a unit causing an insurance claim to another unit (ex: flood from water left running in error) being responsible for any damage to both units?

What?????

I think that kind of thing would be on the master policy or the individual policy, and it would just say "paid loss" with the amount. (and the surcharge amount)
