new package design coming out soon

We are a manufacturer of fine paper products such as notecards, puzzles, and specialty journals. We have been in business for over 20 years and our products are recognized and sold throughout the world. Our sales are around 7 million per year.

We have a new package design coming out soon for our children’s puzzles. We feel as though this is a one-of a kind design and would like to know what steps we should take to protect our packaging trade dress.
