i am being sued. i was allowed by the district court to act as my own attorney. there was a court date set for the plantiffs motion for summary judgement whic i was fully prepared for but did not appear due to the fact that my mother died that same morning. i have researched and found that i can file a motion to set aside or motion for relief from judgement under idaho rules of civil procedure 60b. Is this true and how do i find a sample to follow or a form for this paticular motion?
