I work in a private Yacht Club in Florida. We have a private restaurant that charge members 17.5% service charge to the members. This is OK my quetion is about parties. The Club charges 20% Administrative Charge to members and only pays to the waiters less than 5% still paying them at waiter pay rate ie. less than minimun wage. Is this legal?
