I have a business in Colorado, located next to a competing business. The owner of the other business has stopped two distributors from doing business with me so he can set prices. I was already doing business with both of these distributors -with no problems - before the neighbor talked them into stoping my shipments.I am interested in litigation. I was told by the FTC that I had grounds to sue the neighbor, and now I want to pursue this. Please advise. Thank you!

You might have a case for "Constraint of Trade" or "Trade Interference".

If you are considering pursuing this, you need to talk with an attorney.

Also add counts of conspiracy to price-fix and unfair and deceptive trade practices and dealings, RICO etc.
