I live in Louisiana. Going through a divorce. we aquired 2 vehicles while married and i only want one back. have filed paperwork, but got denied and told to file by way of a Petition for Partition of Community Property. What does that mean? I have downloaded the form but don't know how to file it.

It means you have to file a Petition for Partition of Community Property form.

If you don't understand the instructions on the form, get an attorney.
