exempt associate needs answers fast!

florida, i work in inside sales as an exempt salaried store manager, for a retail store, is their any laws covering maximum or minimum hours worked in 1 week? or is their any laws concerning the amount of time off between shifts? my employer will sometimes have me work till 11 or 12 midnite, and then expect me back at work at 5 am the next day! can they expect me to do that?

can anyone help answer these questions?
