Texas.... police angry at client for filing complaint... when vandalized car... no witnesses.... police blow it off... but client persists and they assign a detective... then detective files charges against client for "Filing a False Report".
Goes to trial... but paper work on repair of car is shown and Police decide to not perjur themselves... Dismissed.
can this client sue the police... and if so... will their be more retaliation.?
