What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia

How long do you have to live in Virginia before you can file for divorce?

Thank you.

I'm not a lawyer, but I used to live there and I think the residency requirement was 6 months. However, if there are minor children involved you have to be living separate for at least a year.
