i design a invention sent information to a major manufactuer for review. manufactuer asked me to sign a agreement to review, after returning to manufactuer they responded in their letter that they were not interested in my invention because i did not have a patent or apply for a patent. six years later they are producing and will market my invention this summer in the south & north eastern parts of the u.s. my questions is do i have any rights to file a lawsuits against this company? and if i do what are my chances of winning this lawsuit? need help badly!!!!!!
