What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

If a couple is married in Jamaica, but living permanantly in PA, are you able to file for divorce in PA without a copy of your marriage certificate?

Thank You,

Hmmm. I used a document service for my divorce & had to bring the original marriage license.
That's possibly required by the document service you used. I don't believe it's required by law. I certainly never provided it (although I'm in a different state).
