If my ex defaults on the citation of petition to partition, what are the steps i have to go through to get my stuff back? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Go to court and get a court order requiring him to give you your stuff back with a police escort.

Ok. will do..they haven't defaulted, yet...still have about 10 days or so til i find anything out. I have submitted the Petition to Partition, they received it, signed it and have 15 days from the date of signature to comply..after they don't comply, then i go get a court order to get my stuff back? in addition to the default of the Petition to Partition (the court wouldn't already take care of that?)? i know i should have a police escort, but i have to get another court order?
