Owner moved out, we cannot locate her. She stopped paying her mortgage and homeowners association dues. The condominium association placed a lien on her property for non payment of association fees and assessments. Her attorney moved into her condo, will not tell us how to contact the owner. He made up a monthly lease showing that he pays one dollar a month for rent, and he pays no homeowners association fees.
Is there anyway we can make the renter pay the homeowners association fees? Do we have to change the bylaws for this? Is there anyway can we legally have him evicted?
