What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NC

1. I have evidence of adultery on my spouse. We have an ED court date very soon. Should I have this evidence on hand? Or does this all come into play on the final court date?

2. I'm assuming there is a difference between post separation support and alimony? I got my pss judgement already.

Isn't alimony determined on the final court date? I was planning to have my evidence then, but in another thread someone mentioned ED being determind by adulterous actions. So I am wondering if I need to get the evidence together before.
Thanks for your help.
